Fees are currently charged at:

£8.80 for 3 hour morning session, £7.36 for 2 ½ hour afternoon session, £3 for lunch club session.

All three and four year olds are currently entitled to 12 ½ hours (5 x 2 ½ hr sessions) free early education per week for 38 weeks per year. Under Wokingham District Council rules, three years olds are entitled to Funding from the term following their third birthday.

For children who are eligible for funding, they will receive up to a maximum of five sessions free of charge, whether they attend morning or afternoon sessions.

Fees are reviewed annually, and payable every half-term/term in advance. Prompt payment does help the treasurer considerably. 

Fees continue to be payable if a child is either absent without notice or for a short period of time. In cases of prolonged absence, parents should consult the committee about fee payment. Each child’s attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees and/or grant funding. 

Half a term’s notice must be given for children who are leaving, If sufficient notice is not given then a fee will be charged of £20 per session attended.
